Location

Our rooms are located at the Barn Store; a genreal store with a fuel station, gift shop, grocery store, ice cream parlour, restaurant, and post office.
The check-in desk is located in the store.

Policies & Room Info

• CHECK-IN time: 3:00 PM

• CHECK-OUT time:
  11:00 AM

• QUIET TIME – 11 PM - 6 AM

  (Please keep noise down during this time as a
  courtesy to other guests!)

• PLEASE REMOVE MUDDY OR WET SHOES in the entryway of rooms.

  (We do our best to keep our rooms very clean,
  and appreciate your cooperation :)

• BREAKFAST: 7:00 - 10:00 AM in the Barn Store

• Free COFFEE & ICE in the Barn Store
  anytime during business hours.

• NO PETS ALLOWED

• ALL ROOMS NON–SMOKING

  (Please smoke outside in the gravel or grass areas.
  In an effort to provide future guests with a fresh room, a $250 charge will be assesed for disregarding the pet and smoking policies to cover the deep cleaning required.)

• INTERNET/WIFI: “Bear Country Inn & Suites” – no password necessary –available in all rooms along with Satellite TV

• DEPOSIT Required: Charged within the week prior to arrival date, equal to the amount of first night total.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: 1 week (7 days)

  If your reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, then deposit is non-refundable.
  No Show bookings are charged for full booking amount.

• HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: "Refresh" service daily (beds made, towels on floor or in tub replaced, trash taken out)

  Your belongings will not be touched, so if you would like your bed made, please do not leave belongings on bed. Please help us conserve by placing only dirty towels on the floor and hanging towels to be reused. Stays of 7 nights or more also include 1 Mid-Week Clean (change bedding & vacuum + refresh without moving belongings).

• A “Do Not Disturb” sign is provided for your use.

  If your “Do Not Disturb” sign is hanging on the outside of your door past 1:00 PM, you will not receive housekeeping
  service for the day.

• WEEKLY RATE: 7th night is free when you stay for 7 days or more at one time.

• OVER OCCUPANCY RATE: $20 for each additional guest over 2 years old.

Picnic Areas & Green Space

PICNIC AREAS with tables, barbecue grills, and a fire pit are available for guests to use
May through September.

Outdoor seating is available just outside each room. Barbecue grills are located in designated picnic areas around the property and come equipped with propane. A bin of miscellaneous barbecue equipment is available in the Barn Store for guests to borrow (spatula, fork, knife, lighter, can opener, etc…).
Please return equipment dirty for our staff to clean! Any other equipment or food needed for cooking can be purchased in the grocery store.
